- General :

- 1.2. By engaging in any service or transaction on this site, you accept these terms in full.
- Payments :
- 2.1 : Payment is required in full or as agreed upon in writing, prior to the commencement of any work.
- 2.2 : Accepted methods of payment include UPI, Debit and Credit cards, Bank transfer and Online Bank transfer.
- 2.3 : All payments will be processed through secure third-party payment gateways. “Surya Thanush” does not store any payment information.
- 2.4 : Upon completion of the service agreement, a detailed invoice will be sent to the client. All payments must be made within the specified time frame stated on the invoice.
- Payment Links :
- 3.1 : Payment links are provided for ease of transactions. These links are secure and are provided by a third-party payment provider. By using these links, the client agrees to the payment terms set by the provider.
- 3.2 : Payment links expire after set duration and must be used within that time. If expired, a new link must be requested.
- 3.3 : Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the invoice or agreed upon separately.
- Refund Policy :
- 4.1 : All sales are final, and services provided are non-refundable, except as required by law or as outlined below.
- 4.2: If a project is cancelled by the client before significant work has been done, “Surya Thanush” reserves the right to offer a partial refund, subject to a deduction for any time, materials, or services already provided.
- 4.3 : No refunds will be provided after project completion or delivery of final work.
- 4.4 : If payment was made and Partial or No work/Service was submitted within the agreed timeframe or the clients want the contract to be cancelled before any actual work started by “Surya Thanush”, clients can initiate refund request and the Refund once approved by “Surya Thanush” shall be released within 7 working days
- 4.5 : If there are issues with the delivered work, clients must notify “Surya Thanush” within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential revisions or solutions.
- Shipping Policy :
- 5.1 : If the service includes physical goods or deliverables, the shipping costs will be communicated to the client before processing the order.
- 5.2 : Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 days of receiving payment, unless otherwise specified.
- 5.3 : “Surya Thanush” is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors.
- 5.4 : Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided, the client will be responsible for any additional charges to resend the items.
- 5.5 : Any customs duties or taxes incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the client.
- Return Policy :
- 6.1 : All digital products and services are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except for cases of non-compliance with agreed specifications.
- 6.2 : Clients may return physical products in their original condition within 7 of receipt. Returns must be approved in writing before shipping.
- 6.3 : The client is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on “Surya Thanush” part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defect).
- Changes and Revisions :
- 5.1 : Any request for changes or additional work beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
- Liability :
- 6.1 : “Surya Thanush” is not responsible for any third-party payment processing issues or delays.
- 6.2 : “Surya Thanush” shall not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from use of the services or from failure to meet deadlines caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- Privacy Policy :
- 9.1 : Personal Information Collection:
